1. Introduction

At the beginning of DataLab 3 you will complete 2 Kahoot quizzes. The first quiz is focused on Rules of writing and the second one is focused on the Bias-free language. Furthermore, you will present the first draft of your assignment and continue working on the creative brief of AI&DT: AI & Science Fiction.

At the end of the day, from 16:00 to 17:00, we will have a moment to reflect on DataLab 3 and ask questions during the Q&A.

2. Presentation of the first draft

During the DataLab 3 you are asked to present the first draft of your assignment: AI & Science Fiction. You will be given 5 minutes to present the outline of your report that contains the following:

  • Analysis of an AI topic within the movie Minority Report;
  • The feasibility of the AI topic and the explanation of how this AI topic or a similar AI topic is being implemented within a specific business setting.

After the presentation, you will receive questions and feedback from your tutors and classmates.

Presentations will be held in two sessions. Each session is available for approximately 8 students. During your session you will be presenting and giving feedback to your peers, while another session in your schedule is for working on the creative brief.

  • Session 1: 11:00 - 12:30 (session 1 students are presenting, session 2 students are working on the creative brief)
  • Session 2: 13:30 - 15:00 (session 2 students are presenting, session 1 students are working on the creative brief)

Prior to the DataLab 3, you will receive the information from your lecturer regarding your timeslot for the presentation.
